Two court decisions this week, one German and the other Russian, officially confirm that the ruling regime in Russia has turned it into a state — an international terrorist, committing extrajudicial killings on the territories of other countries and occupying their territories.
The first decision is the decision of the Regional Court of Berlin in the case of the murder of Zelimkhan Khangoshvili two years ago (source). The German court not only sentenced the direct perpetrator of the murder, Vadim Krasikov (pictured), to life imprisonment without the right of pardon, but also officially established that he carried out the order of one of the Russian government agencies.
Based on all this, the German court called this murder an «attempt on Germany’s sovereignty and the rule of law in the country,» which «undermined the sense of security and justice among the people in Germany. It is stated that his goal was to «show refugees from Chechnya and Russian opposition figures seeking protection in Germany that they are not safe. Accordingly, the German authorities decided to demonstratively expel several employees of the Russian Embassy from the country, which provoked a strong hysterical reaction in Moscow.
It should be noted that shortly before the verdict of the German court, a Russian embassy employee, Kirill Zhalo, the son of the deputy director of the 2nd FSB service, General Alexey Zhalo, fell from the building on the territory of the Russian embassy in Berlin. Investigators of this murder consider him one of the key organizers, as well as the poisoning of Navalny and other victims of Kremlin terrorism (source). It was his son who arrived in Berlin shortly before the murder of Khangoshvili and, according to the same investigators, was clearly involved in organizing his logistics and escort (source). And so, this «accidental fall from a window», shortly before the German court’s verdict…
The second court decision is already Russian — the Rostov court, and the judge who issued it, Sholokhov, will clearly become one of the main contenders for the Darwin Prize 2021. After all, in his ruling he officially recorded what the Russian authorities have been trying to distance themselves from for several years, trying to present the occupation of the Ukrainian Donbass as a «civil conflict» — the presence of units of the Russian armed forces on its territory.
Thus, in the decision on the case of a certain Zabaluev, who worked as a deputy regional manager for military food supply «AUP Rostov-on-Don», it is stated that he embezzled food intended for delivery to the military units of the Russian Armed Forces stationed in the territories of the DNR and LNR. It also states: «Food supplies to the DNR and LNR were made from a warehouse located at
, with a delivery frequency of once every two weeks… in the interests of… Russian servicemen serving in the DNR and LNR… The convoy consisted of more than 70 vehicles with a load capacity of about 40 tons and a total volume of more than 1,300 tons. The range of food delivered included flour, canned goods, fresh vegetables. The total cost of food for one shipment was over 130 million rubles».
Well, what can we say? It has long been clear and known to any reasonable person that Kremlin mercenaries regularly kill Kremlin’s enemies on the territory of foreign states, thereby violating international law and their sovereignty, and that not Donbass «volunteers», but the armed forces and special services of Putin’s Russia control this part of Ukrainian territory. Now it has been officially recognized — in one case by a foreign court, in the other by the Russian court itself. And these materials can already be included in the future case.
