The burning of a copy of the Koran by the Danish scum Rasmus Paludan in the Turkish embassy in Sweden is one of the most sensational news of the Ummah in recent times.
First of all, we would like to emphasize that we are not talking about the burning of the Quran itself, which is beyond anyone’s ability to burn or destroy. Allah said in the Qur’an (translation of meaning): «We have sent down this Quran, and We shall preserve it» (Surah 15, verse 9). The Quran is the Word of God, contained in millions of its copies (mus’hafs), as well as in the minds and hearts of hundreds of millions of people, including millions of its guardians — the Hafiz of the Quran.
Therefore, only the ignorant can think that by destroying a copy of the Quran, they have burned the Quran itself — no, they have condemned themselves to eternal fire unless Allah Almighty leads them to the truth and repentance.
Nevertheless, this act itself is the greatest abomination that cannot be justified. And no matter what considerations the authorities of a particular state have for allowing such actions, which we will discuss further, it cannot be justified, and this is something that Muslims will never accept. All this is not even up for discussion.
And now, what needs to be discussed… Who benefits from this? The action took place on the eve of the planned visit of the Turkish Minister of Defense, Hulusi Akar, to Sweden to discuss bilateral issues hindering Turkey’s agreement to Sweden’s entry into NATO. The visit was subsequently cancelled.
It is a rhetorical question — is there anyone who believes that at this moment and with such consequences such an action could have happened by chance? If not, who was interested in such an action with such consequences? Probably those who are not interested in Sweden joining NATO, right? And who could that be?
These are also rhetorical questions, but to remove any doubts about the answers to them, it is enough to carefully consider the organizers of this action. Well, Rasmus Paludan — the devil we will come back to — is known to everyone. But it is enough to look at his stupid face to understand — he is really a demon possessed by the fight against Islam, rather than someone capable of planning actions with such consequences.
The same cannot be said about the person who paid the fee for Paludan’s request for permission to burn (copies of) the Quran — Chang Frick (https://www.svt.se/kultur/chang-frick-betalade-rasmus-paludans-demonstration-ansokan-for-koranbranning). In other words, Paludan himself is not even able to pay the fee for applying for such an action. So who does it for him? (Screenshot of one of Chang Frick’s publications justifying Putin’s war in Syria).
This is done by a former journalist of Russia Today, who justified the annexation of Crimea, Putin’s war in Syria, praises Russian «democracy» and constantly attacks the US and NATO. By the way, one of the publications demonstrating his views can also be found on the Russian-language Internet.
Who is to blame?
To those «Kremlin Muslims» who are currently throwing verbal arrows at the «satanic NATO», we would like to say that this satanic action was paid for by the money of a person who received it from a Russian state information agency, that is, from your taxes. And obviously not in the name of the expansion of the «Satanic NATO», but rather to prevent it.
It is also necessary to say that it is no secret to anyone that the forces in the West that are hostile to Islam, call for its banning, and resort to such despicable methods, are often opponents of NATO and the EU, and have received or continue to receive support from the Kremlin — from direct financing to favorable coverage of their activities by Russia Today. What has been written about repeatedly, including by us.
And here is a material specifically about who made such forces rise specifically in Sweden: https://meduza.io/feature/2019/08/12/kogda-to-shvetsiya-byla-samoy-tolerantnoy-v-evrope-teper-ultrapravye-tretya-po-populyarnosti-politicheskaya-sila-v-etoy-strane-im-pomogla-rossiya
About freedom of speech and its limits: Our attitude towards the Swedish law that allows such actions has been expressed from the very beginning, and we have expressed it towards similar ones before, including during the scandal with «Charlie Hebdo», etc. Sweden is one of the countries that stand out in a negative way. But besides such countries in NATO (although Sweden is not yet a member), there are others where this issue is regulated differently. For example, in the UK, people have been arrested several times for burning copies of the Koran: https://www.businessinsider.com/british-man-arrested-for-allegedly-burning-the-quran-2014-12?r=US&IR=T https://www.theguardian.com/world/2010/nov/25/girl-arrested-allegedly-burning-quran
And Paludan himself was arrested for attempting to burn the Koran even in France, and was expelled from Denmark and Germany for such attempts. Unfortunately, Sweden — a country that is not yet a member of NATO — is one of the countries that declare unlimited freedom of speech in this matter. Many brothers and sisters ask, «Can you burn the LGBT flag or the Israeli flag there, and does freedom of speech apply to that? We asked our Swedish brethren who researched this and received such an answer — formally, in Sweden you can even burn your own flag, as well as criticize any ideas, destroy any shrines, symbols, etc.. But the person who does this can be prosecuted for inciting violence and insulting people or groups affected by it, not ideas. By the way, Paludan has already been prosecuted with this wording.
And now to Ramzan Kadyrov’s question in his Telegram channel, why Paludan is not punished by «Eurochickers». We would like to remind you that Sweden is a country where an attempt was made on the critic of Ramzan Kadyrov, Abdurakhman Tumso. First an agent was implanted in him, then a killer infiltrated his house, in other words, a complex and dangerous operation was carried out, fortunately, but it failed. However, Tumso never insulted Islam, being a devout Muslim, but only Ramzan Kadyrov personally and his entourage. So why was it possible to plan and carry out such an operation to deal with him in Sweden and not with the scum who burned a copy of the book of Allah a few years ago? We are not «Eurochickers», but we can assume that if Ramzan Kadyrov carried out such an operation, it would be an exception if they would not condemn him for it…
What can we do? In answering this question, it is worth analyzing and understanding that the actions of a few renegades manipulated by agents of special services can seriously complicate interstate relations and provoke the indignation of millions of people, who may take actions that could further aggravate the situation. It is important to understand that Paludan is considered a fool in Sweden and his actions are not supported by most Swedes, despite the shortcomings of the Swedish socio-political system. Frankly, we would not be particularly upset if someone punished him for these actions, but as a result he would probably gain a reputation as a martyr for freedom of speech among Swedes. And the more such «martyrs» there are, the more popular their ideas will become. Therefore, despite the recent criticism of Turkish policy on a number of issues, it cannot be denied that it is appropriate in this case. Canceling the minister’s visit is the right thing to do. Burning the Swedish flag in response is entirely appropriate — if burning other people’s sacred objects is part of freedom of speech in this country, then logically burning its symbol is also part of that freedom of speech.
Finally, the call of Turkish imams, in response to attacks on the Quran, for Muslims to go to the mosque for morning prayers and to read the Quran intensively there, is also a blow to all kinds of devils, the fight against which is primarily waged on the spiritual level.
But also Muslims living in Sweden and countries like it should acquire a deep understanding of their social and legal system and how to act appropriately in it.
Again, if tomorrow someone gives this scum what they deserve, no sincere believer will cry, but the reaction in Swedish society will be different. And it’s time for us to learn to act, to calculate the consequences of our actions and to strive for the result we need, and not the other way around.
And Turkey, like other Muslim countries that also want this, should bet on cultivating such cadres in these countries, supporting relevant research, promoting similar programs, etc.
You won’t achieve anything with slogans and emotional mobilization alone, except of course when it comes to strengthening electoral positions and working on propaganda in your own country.
In order to defend Islam and Muslims under such difficult conditions, one must learn to work thoroughly and for a long time.
