Kadyrov in the imaginary world and the Saudis in Kiev?

Ramzan Kadyrov addressed the Arab audience in an interview with Asharq News, once again trying to portray the so-called «special operations forces» as «jihad». His argumentation has not changed — there are gays and Satanists in the West, the West supports Ukraine, which means that Russia is fighting against gays and Satanists in Ukraine, thus defending Islam. Who actually rules Russia and how they relate to Islam remains in parentheses. It is a pity, because it would be interesting, for example, to hear a comment on the clearly gay striptease performed by Lieutenant General Alexander Matovnikov, who not only commands the Russian military group in Belarus, but was also the presidential envoy to the North Caucasus for some time.

So Moscow sends such gay strippers to manage Muslims and especially to fight against Islam, and after that someone still talks about where there are gays and where there are not. Meanwhile, the Kremlin’s propaganda, initially aimed at a specific audience in the Arab world, no longer seems to be effective. A recent open visit to Kyiv by the Saudi Arabian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, is a clear symptom of this. Such a public visit under conditions of war is already a demonstration of a position.

In this case, it was accompanied by a promise to provide Ukraine with petroleum products worth 400 million euros. In the context of the war between Ukraine and Russia, this directly means supporting one of the warring parties against its opponent. After all, the most important key countries of the Sunni Islamic world — Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Morocco — are supporting Ukraine in its fight against Russia in one way or another. Russia, on the other hand, has only Shiite Iran, the Alawite regime of Assad, and the hapless victims of Wagner mercenaries in Mali as allies. Therefore, no matter how hard Kadyrov and his associates try to maintain their imaginary information world in which Muslims are waging a jihad against Ukraine under the leadership of Amir Putin, the reality looks somewhat different. Or rather, completely different.
