The days that have passed since then have shown that our call (https://golosislama.com/news.php?id=41047) was right on the mark. In Russia, an uprising against mobilization is practically unfolding, with elements of all three stages described by us. People are sabotaging mobilization themselves, helping others to do so, setting fire to military recruitment offices (dozens of such cases already), killing military commissars (at least one case), and organizing mass acts of disobedience. It is encouraging to see that the Muslim Republic of Dagestan has become a leader in this movement. Hijab-wearing women, who made up a significant portion of the demonstrators in Makhachkala, have shown Russian feminists and liberals, who love to talk about «oppressed women of the East» and victims of Islamist abuse, who really represents a civil society capable of resisting tyranny and who is, as they like to say in these circles, a «simulacrum».
However, in addition to the demonstrations in Makhachkala, it is worth mentioning separately the very powerful consolidation and protests in Kumykia, where the residents of Kumyk villages managed to show the occupiers who is in power there and how to defend their rights.
In this regard, we would like to highlight some points and make some recommendations.
- As the classics say, defense is the death of rebellion. Now the occupiers are starting to react to what is happening — arrests, intimidation, promises, etc., all with the sole purpose of dispersing the protests, dispersing the people and then being able to drag each one of them out of their hiding places and punish them demonstratively so that others do not dare to follow. This is why it is crucial that the protests grow exponentially. From Kumykia to the mountainous regions of Dagestan, from Dagestan to the neighboring Caucasian republics, and on to other rebellious areas of Mordor (no need to count on «all of Russia»). Especially today, protests have already been announced in other regions, such as Nalchik, and it is essential to maintain such dynamics.
- Do not count on immediate success. In such movements there can be successes and failures, ups and downs, but after the setbacks it is crucial not to give up, but to stand up, move forward, and rock the boat so that the rat and all its ratlings start to feel queasy. So even if an action fails or does not live up to expectations, do not despair, but strive to do better next time in a different place.
- The format of peaceful, non-violent resistance to which the Russian liberal opposition has accustomed us, or rather, with which it has corrupted the peoples of Mordor, is completely exhausted and must be forgotten. And today we see that ordinary Russians from the Russian regions are already burning military recruiting offices, setting themselves on fire, killing military commissars, that is, the level of radicalization of protests is rapidly escalating.
It is important to understand that not everyone is obliged to take part in violent resistance. Everyone can have their own role, and for some it can be peaceful, while for others it can be violent. But even if your role in the resistance is peaceful, it is now categorically unacceptable to stand firm and condemn those who are taking more decisive action. Without them, this protest is doomed to failure, as was the case with previous toothless protests in Russia.
All in all, it must be understood that the success of the rebellion against mobilization will be achieved when the occupiers are practically forced to give up their implementation. And this will be possible when every active participant, from the military commissar and the police officer to the teacher who distributes summonses or the propaganda agent who supports them, realizes that what they are doing is simply dangerous for their own life and health. And here, where this will happen, the mobilization will be disrupted — the occupiers will not venture into such settlements and neighborhoods, but will bypass them.
