The ongoing mobilization, aptly called «mogilization,» and the way it is progressing have put a definitive end to the arguments of our haters — the skeptics who said and wrote that we were exaggerating, overreacting, going too far, and so on. It has become clear that the most uncompromising opponents of this regime were right, and those who tried to navigate between the lines, calling for «reasonableness» and saying that «not everything is so straightforward» have been discredited and shown to be completely inept in their approach.
But we do not mention this to assert ourselves and humiliate them. On the contrary, as for those among them who still have conscience and dignity and who now understand that they were wrong, we urge them not to be afraid to admit it and to start correcting their mistakes. Moreover, we are ready to reach out to them, to put the past behind us, and to continue the struggle together. As for those who don’t take advantage of this opportunity, there is little help for them unless Allah grants them mercy.
So, our goal now is not to reaffirm ourselves, but to make people understand that with the beginning of the mobilization, the previous life in Russia has ended and a new reality has begun. And this reality can be summed up in a very simple formula: EITHER THEY (the regime) OR YOU. And THEY, in this case, are not the Ukrainians who are defending their country and successfully destroying those who are invading it and will continue to do so. THEY are those who are pushing YOU and your loved ones towards them, which means certain death.
Our readers know that we are one of the few Russian-speaking Muslim media that have been calling on the Muslims of Mordor to perform Hijra, to leave, for many years before this war began, not to mention during it. But now we are not addressing those who have already left or will be able to leave. Now we are addressing those who do not want to leave or cannot leave.
Those who have stayed in Russia, whether men affected by the mobilization or their relatives, must understand one thing — the only way to avoid this hell in every sense is to STOP THE MOBILIZATION. But how can this be done? Is it possible for weak people to resist such a machine, especially during its military mobilization? If it were not possible, we would not be calling for it, because our long-time readers know very well that we have been warning them for years not to engage in direct unequal confrontation with this system, including urging them to either emigrate or quietly distance themselves from it.
We did this because we understood that the time had not yet come for an uprising and that the conditions were not right. Now we see clearly — THE TIME FOR AN UPRISING HAS COME because the regime has concentrated all its forces on the war, has become entangled in it and is no longer in a stable equilibrium. In such a situation, if there is a domino effect inside Russia in the form of outbreaks of unrest that require the diversion of resources from the front, the REGIME WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SUPPORT SUCH A LOAD AND WILL COLLAPSE, as happened in Russia in February 1917.
This is what will cause the collapse of the mobilization and will be the SUCCESS OF THE UPRISING, the aim of which is to disrupt the mobilization, not to establish a new regime. This task will be dealt with in another order — revolution — but we are not talking about that now. For now, the focus is on the insurgency, the goal of which is to save you and your loved ones from this hell.
This does not mean that you should act as if the uprising has already begun. It means that you must START the uprising, i.e. get involved in the process that will eventually start it.
The FIRST STAGE of this process is maximum sabotage of the mobilization, which can be carried out actively or passively. The goal is to prevent as many people as possible from going to war by any means.
At this stage, it is necessary to explain to the people the fate that awaits them, to instill fear and spread panic, and to take practical measures to prevent the conscription of those who may fall under it, which today includes almost all adult men and many women. The actions of this stage can be carried out by practically everyone, according to their abilities — it is not necessary to be a superhero, a partisan or an insurgent. However, in order to prepare for the SECOND STAGE, it is necessary for such people to appear and manifest.
What should these rebels do? Not only hinder the mobilization process, but target its key points. Military enlistment offices, recruiting centers, signs and announcements with information about recruiting, vehicles used to transport recruits, places where they gather, roads they travel on, and the cars that accompany them — all of these and similar things are targets for attack by the guerrillas and insurgents of our time.
But it is even more important to understand that the work of mobilization is done by the people who work in these facilities or vehicles. Therefore, the most important component of the resistance is now the moral and physical terror against all those who are actively involved in the mobilization process. The employees of the military recruitment offices, those who distribute the conscription notices on the streets, the postmen who deliver them, the drivers of the vehicles that transport the recruits or accompany them, the policemen and soldiers who protect them — all of them must begin to live in fear of losing their property, their health and their lives, whether it’s a Molotov cocktail thrown into their apartment, a knife in the ribs, a bullet in the head, a blow with a knuckle duster, poison in their food, a bomb planted under their car, and so on.

Finally, the THIRD STAGE is the beginning of mass actions and disobedience in enough places to prevent the regime from carrying out the mobilization. This will happen when those who are supposed to do it don’t want to or can’t come to pick up the recruits, deliver the summonses, go to work at the military enlistment offices and recruitment centers, etc. This moment will already be the VICTORY OF THIS UPRISING, and it should not be considered impossible. The support for the war in society is already low and it will decrease even more when the mobilized people start coming home in zinc coffins. By the way, those who will transport them should be threatened with lynching, which will also contribute to the collapse of the military machine, if the combatants know that they will not only be killed, but also won’t be properly buried, even if there is something left to bury. And if your loved ones have already been driven to the combat zones or are on their way there and you don’t want them to be in such a situation, you should urge them to surrender to the Ukrainian Armed Forces at the first opportunity, since the command has already guaranteed them their lives and proper treatment in this case.
